About the project
Dove Men+ Care wanted to raise awareness about paternity leave and encourage men to ask for it as only 14% of corporations worldwide provide it.
However, we discovered that maternity and paternity leave were not the best foundations for our campaign, and that it would be better if it became genderless parental leave.
